Overview
Birchills Automotive are a leading manufacture of Sports and Performance Exhausts / Silencers / Mufflers, supplying the OEM, Motorsport, Motorcycles Industry, Commercial Trucks, Off Road Vehicles with both Silencers and Exhaust components. We have produced acoustically designed exhaust products to suit our customers systems and also reverse engineered, making improvements to the current performance and noise levels / sounds.
We have recently developed Silencers using Working Centres to meet the Euro 5 regulations and it's legislation.
We use many different materials for our products, 304 stainless steel (polished), Titanium, Titanium coated, Carbon Fibre and others.
The company has been established for over 100 years, offering a large selected range of off the shelf Exhaust components alongside more bespoke products. The tooling in most cases is already in existence, so little/no investment is required for the Birchills Automotive range of components and products. Our silencer range includes spun rolled silencers, also offer a wide range of welded boxes, also a range of motorcycle cans/exhausts.
Our products also include a large range of tail pipes/trims (70 + types), as well as various Y pieces/splitters. Flanges, Half Shells, Cones, Flexi-ILoks etc.
We supply British & Other European companies with high performance exhaust Boxes that are specially manufactured with materials which can withstand high temperatures of 900 °C+ and are used for road / race purposes all over the world.
